Shipping policy
SHIPPING
THE FLORIDA FACIALIST LLC ships orders through multiple carriers, dependent on the shipping address. (USP, USPS, FEDEX, etc). You will receive an email update with your tracking number and carrier once your order has shipped.
Some orders may be drop-shipped from the brand warehouse and not directly from THE FLORIDA FACIALIST LLC. Tracking and updates will still be sent.
PROCESSING/SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 3-8 business days for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes, inclement weather, etc.) may impact your estimated delivery date.
TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
US SHIPPING ONLY
We only ship to destinations within the US at this time.

The Florida Facialist LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered.
The Florida Facialist LLC is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers filled out but customer online.
The Florida Facialist LLC is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery.
